Not a pharmacy

We are not a pharmacy and do not dispense medication. Compounded products are prepared and dispensed only by independently licensed pharmacies, and only against a valid prescription or office-use order from a licensed prescriber.

No medical advice

Product pages and other content are general information for healthcare businesses, not medical advice, and make no claim that any product treats, cures, or prevents disease.

Applications and portal requests

Submitting an application, order request, or price request doesn't create an order or any agreement. Clinic accounts and rep relationships are governed only by separate written agreements, and orders are confirmed in writing before they are filled.

Portal accounts

Keep your sign-in confidential and don't share portal pricing outside your clinic. We may suspend or close accounts at our discretion, including when credentials can't be verified.

Accuracy of information

You agree that information you submit, including prescriber credentials, is accurate.
