Can our med spa buy peptides without a prescription?
No. Compounded products are dispensed against a valid prescription for a specific patient (503A) or an office-use order from a 503B outsourcing facility where that's permitted. We don't supply research-use-only material to clinics.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for individual patients based on a prescription. A 503B outsourcing facility is registered at the federal level, follows manufacturing-level standards, and can supply clinics with office-use stock. Which one fits depends on the product and your state.
Which products can we offer?
It changes. Federal and state guidance on which substances can be compounded is reviewed periodically, and several popular peptides are currently restricted. Verified clinics see the current approved catalog in the portal, and we notify you when something is added or removed.
Do you offer weight-management products?
Yes, for verified clinics with a licensed prescriber. They're quoted directly by your account contact rather than listed on the public site.
Do you ship to every state?
Only where the dispensing pharmacy holds a license for the patient's or clinic's state. We check this during onboarding, and the portal shows availability for your state.
Do I need a medical director?
Yes. Every clinic needs a licensed prescriber who evaluates patients and signs orders.
How do I get portal access?
Submit the clinic application. Once we've verified your prescriber's credentials, we'll email you an invitation to create your sign-in.
Can I get a certificate of analysis?
Yes. Every lot has a certificate of analysis. Request it from the portal or ask your account contact.
How are reps paid?
Terms are provided in a written agreement after an intro call. Our structure is reviewed by healthcare regulatory counsel so it complies with federal and state anti-kickback and fee-splitting rules.
Can reps talk to clinics about dosing?
No. Reps explain the program and the ordering process. Clinical questions go to the pharmacy's pharmacist or the clinic's own provider.
