Vera Biologics is operated by ABCMB LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect through verabiologics.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you submit in applications and portal forms: names, contact details, clinic and territory information, prescriber credentials such as license and NPI numbers, and order and certificate requests. Portal sign-in is handled by Netlify Identity, which stores your email and a hashed password. We don't collect patient health information through this site, and you shouldn't submit any, including patient names in order notes.

How we use it

To review applications, verify prescriber credentials, confirm pharmacy licensure for your state, process order and certificate requests, attribute clinic referrals to reps, contact you about our program, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.

Who we share it with

Licensed pharmacy partners involved in your orders, service providers that host this site and process forms and sign-ins (Netlify), and authorities where required by law. We don't sell your information.

Retention and security

We keep records as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect them.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete information you've submitted, or to close your portal account, email cfnoperations1@gmail.com.
